Micro Cilantro is crisp and has a sweet, bright citrusy aroma with a clean, bold, classic cilantro flavor finishing with robust notes of pepper and fresh cut grass. It is also most notably without the soapy scent that some say mature cilantro possesses.
The flavour, though intense when fresh, diminishes quickly when dried or cooked, so always add cilantro just before serving.
Crispy and sweet
When Grown for slightly longer than a Microgreen would be, Cilantro begins to resemble a more classic Cilantro flavor and leaf structure. When larger quantities are needed or you just want that mature classic Cilantro taste then the Mini Greens are what you want.
Cilantro microgreens are a tremendous source of vitamin K (258.33%), good for kidney function. Pizza Toppings
If you love cilantro as much as we do then you are well aware of how many ways there are to add it to dishes. Lightly chop or leave whole and add to your favorite dishes just before serving. Our favorite ways to use it are sprinkled on nachos or pizza fresh out of the oven or added to a hot bowl of soup to add another dimension of flavour..
